Making your own costume:

Costume Parts-

• White pants- Any type of white pants will work.

• White shoes- White shoes of any kind tennis shoes, slippers, white shocks over the shoes will all work.

• Blue Skin- You can ether purchase along sleeve blue t-shirt, short sleeve blue t- shirt with paint on arms, or no shirt will all body paint. To get the full smurf look painting your face and any part of skin blue will make your costume the best. Blue latex is also a very easy clean way to pull off the smurf look.
  

• Smurf hat- Ideally using a white beanie or red beanie for papa smurf is the easiest route to go.  To add extra high to the hat stuff it will socks, paper, cushion filling, or anything you have around the house that can add height to the hat.  Hats can also be made out of white felt into the perfect smurf design or made of a tee shirt sleeve that fits around your head.
  

• Smurf Tail- All smurfs have a blue tail, and they ca be made easy. Attach a rolled up blue sock and use safety pins to attach in near your tail end.
