Who doesn't love dressing up as something else for a special occasion.  Costumes can help to make any event fun, and here you will find information about a number of different costumes for almost any special occasion.

There are a number of different types of events that you can wear a costume to.  While most people think you should only wear a costume on Halloween, you can find an event to wear a costume to almost any time of the year. 

• Halloween-  This is a given.  Both children and adults love dressing up like ghouls and goblins around Halloween time, and you will see almost every type of costume during this holiday.  While traditionally, people would dress up as something spooky or scary, you'll now see everything from movie stars to scantily clad women.  Whatever you want to be, you can be it for at least one day a year.
  
  
• Theme Parties- There never a bad time of year for a theme party.  Instead of just having a normal party, why not have everyone come dressed as their favorite celebrity, a TV show character, or just in a costume in general.  Why should you only have fun in a costume once a year.
  
  
• Masquerades-  This is highly similar to the theme party, only a slightly fancier type of costume party.  The guests tend to wear more high scale costumes and masks, but they can be just as much fun as a normal theme party.

• Scary-  For Halloween, nothing beat going as something scary. Whether it be a ghost, witch, or a ghoul, nothing will get more of a reaction than a well made, traditional costume.
  
  
• Sexy-  This has become popular over recent years.  Many women and some men will don something skimpy to show just how sexy they are.
